Honestly, I would just experiment with it. Feta has a nice saltiness to it, so try using a little here and there as a substitute for other salted ingredients in your cooking. That's pretty much how it's used in about 75% of the recipes at that link, anyway.

a good idea is some kind of spinach and feta mixture in some kind of pastry like a pie or a danish or whatever

or crumble it over a fancy pizza

It's also good in an omelette or in slices on crusty bread with fresh tomato slices and olives on the side. You can also wrap slices of it in phyllo pastry, fry it in oil, and drizzle honey over it. This is super delicious and easy, especially if you buy the pastry pre-made.

EDIT: Bettytron, that sounded so tasty I made some this evening. I made the phillo pastry from scratch, and made half with just feta and honey, and half with feta, bacon and chopped tomato.

Loved them! Even with my shitty pastry making skills everyone in my family loved them. Thank you!

Seriously, the recipe was telling me to get 12 by 12 inch sheets of pastry dough, and I was getting maybe half that with paper thin sheets. Pastry chefs are apparently wizards.

Actually that's pretty accurate. I go out every two weeks for basics like potatoes, milk, eggs, bread, chicken etc, and then try out more recent special stuff with the spices and stock ingredients I already have on hand. That feta also made a bitchin omelet tell and tastes pretty good on balela
