I'm making some meatballs, I hope they turn out good. I made them out of ground beef, I would usually like to add in some ground pork too but I didn't this time, instead I put in diced garlic, diced onions (which I sauteed beforehand), some oregano, some basil, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, ground black pepper, worcestershire sauce, and then the italian bread crumbs and eggs of course. I'm going to serve them with fettuccine which I will toss with olive oil, chopped anchovies, parmesean cheese, sauteed garlic, and red pepper flakes.

After you cook the ground beef, you should freeze it.

Sounds tasty, but do you mean you minced the garlic?

You should experiment with different amounts of spices, or leaving out spices, to get a feel for how each one affects the taste.

C'mon stop being a dick just screenshot the best bits for us.
