Take a wheel of brie and cut it horizontally. Spread the jam in between the two brie disks and finish with some ground black pepper on top. Wrap in puff pastry and bake at 350 for half an hour. Serve with anything dippable.
If you have left over brie in the morning, or any other soft, spreadable cheese like Camembert, or just cream cheese, spread cheese on one slice of bread, jam on another, dredge in beaten eggs and proceed as you would in making french toast. except now you've made stuffed french toast.
If cheese intimidates you, you can also just make stuffed french toast with the jam, maybe some fruit, cooked bacon, etc.
